Ok, here it is. This is from memory, and I will update it after I go back and check my home pc. Updates and corrections will be in red.

4.5kg dark malt extract
3kg light malt extract
350g crystal
150g roast barley
150g black patent

120g perle 7.8% for 90min
60g perle for 20min
40g tett dry hop for last 2 weeks


Wyeast Irish ale yeast, stepped up to 2L with 200g LDM.
