I got Laurie Strachan's The Complete Guide to Beer & Brewing the other day. Have read through the bulk of it. Very in depth about the different kinds of beer styles. The brewing section doesn't go into as much depth, but has everything you need to know about kit, extract and all grain brewing.

Just back from Dymocks at Wynyard with a copy (last on the shelf) of Randy Moshers 'Radical Brewing'. Can never have too many books I say.
