300g Golden syrup
Everything went fine, had already finished fermenting and was ready to bottle. I then had to go away for work suddenly so it was left for 4 weeks (including fermenting week). Now keeping in mind when i left it was perfectly clear, when i came home there was a layer of white bubbles on top. I then moved it and the bubbles turned like an off milk/cream would . It smells fine and taste fine.
