Worst hangover

Post by Boonie »

Gentlemen,

Given my current predicament, I thought I would throw this one (up) over.

My weekend so far
Thurs Night 11-12 Schooners followed up with shots of Baileys and lots of minty stuff.
Friday Midday til 9pm Lots and Lots of beers til I was slurring
Saturday 5.30pm til Sunday 5am (Bucks Show) Lost count at 1am of how many I had.
2 hours sleep and off to the inlaws for Easter Sunday....did not eat as I was very ill. Could not even force myself to have a beer
I am still struggling this morning with Cold sweats and a minor headache. I think my liver/body is trying to tell me something

Cheers (Maybe later)

Boonie

I really only drink my HB these days except for the rum rebellion that i finally got hold of on the weekend, but i had all big ones on the weekend and woke up fairly fresh most mornings, just tired from lack of sleep, for example on friday night we drank from early in the day till 5:30 saturday morning, went to bed and was back up by 7:30am then back on it by about 9:30am and didnt stop till 4:30 sunday morning ( i dont do this very often by the way) and from my recollection thursday night was an all nighter to so in total i probably had about 8 hours sleep all weekend and drank all most every waking hour and still woke up fresh as a daisy except like i said, a bit drowsy from lack of sleep
Cheers

Ouch Bonnie. Your liver must be shot. My worst hangovers usually culminate in some pretty bad emotional 'sensitivities'. I get hyper sensitive about everything.

Not good. Gladly, I'm pretty discerning and go to great pains to keep myself pissed but remain on that knife's edge between pissed and blind.

Hangovers rarely result.

I'm currently still suffering from perhaps my worst ever hangover after a marathon effort on Saturday from 12pm to around 4am  god only knows how much was consumed.

Migrane's are not fun.

Be intersting to see the results after you pussies had a night on the Bundy rum. And I`m not talking that girl`s drink in the premix cans.

I get aggressive on Bundy or Vodka........it gets REAL interesting, when I am on it. A shorter fuse than a bees dick.

I prefer Wild Turkey Rare Breed or a nice Scotch on ice.

The only good thing about Bundy, is the ads.

Cheers

When I was a young fellow I had the nickname of "Spewey" because I had the ability to quickly empty the contents, wash my mouth out and carry on drinking as though nothing had happened.
However, later in life I found I did my spewing in the mornings and that worried me.
I no longer drink for effect, but merely for the enjoyment. Sometimes I enjoy it so much I struggle to find the right words to express myself.

Ryan,

I grew up in polite circles, where a gentleman was encouraged to leave the room briefly to spew and for other bodily functions.

My equal worst was on Friday as well. One of only two migranes I've ever had, the other one was from drinking as well though. Used to be the back up king but these days if I don't eat before I drink it's headache city all round. Got on the Coopers Sparkling Thursday night and woke up with a splitter on Friday, laid on the lounge all day and on the couple of times that I did get up I used all my energies not to vomit. Woke up on Sat morning and still had the headache however it had subsided to a manageable level.

Equal to the worst hangover I have ever had

Worst had to be 28 V.B.'s between 7PM and 7AM. Wouldn't say bragging as i've never spewed so hard before. Did this a few months back and busrt blood vessels in my eyelids it was so bad.
Limit V.B's to at most 8 now if i must, lately i'm hooked on Cascade Premium if i have to buy.
As for cures, a big juicy hamburger and lots of coke in between water.

Na, was just sitting there feeling sorry for myself.......and a bit of bragging  . Kidding, bragging would have been no hangover.

Quote Young Ones
Vyv: What's a good thing for a hangover?
Mike: Drinking heavily the night before.

I tried all the usual cures :
Hairy Lemon (Like a Berocca)
Disprin
Water
Coke

Nothing worked.

Cheers

Tried a few of those cures, and nothing seems to work, for me anyway

Man, I can drink Rum all night with no problems. It's a drink I switch to to 'un-piss' myself.

The best Rum for an all nighter is Coruba - without a doubt.
