7.....bugger.

Got the orange, "Clear and Bright" Lager and German Purity Law....I said Malt instead of Barley, and I was drinking a bottle that actually had the law on it

Cheers

I'll always remember the law- the German club where the HB meetings are, has it above the door.

Check your results, men!!!!

Told me I got 7/10. But it also told me I missed only the German purity and where is Bavaria from). To me 10-2=8!

Also, I chose "Denmark" for the Bavaria question and it (correctly) said I was wrong, but told me I'd selected "Austria"!

Go figure.

I would argue 4 and 7.

Butterscotch is from diacytal which you don't want in your beer so it shouldn't be released because it shouldn't be there in the first place. Additioanally I have brewed with oranges and I can smell them when I open a beer that has them in.

Tasting your beer at room temp will allow you to identify any flaws in your beer so IMHO you should always taste your beer at room temp. Then you can chill it down and quaff it.

That's the truth Dogger. Cool it down far enough, and even New tastes kind of OK. (Don't get me wrong- I don't actually like the stuff).
