Check out Oliver's Carlingford Stout (under "Our Brews" on the home page). I tried it and its awesome.

Er, I don't mean I actually tried Oliver's beer :wink: , I mean I made it myself.

I have an alternate recipie but not liking the stout I have never tried it. Will blow the dust of it and post it
