Draught

Post by Timmsy »

I have in the cupboarb a farmland aussie draught. Can i use this with the yeast from the brewcrafts dutch lager can? (which i made and droped everywhere in the kitchen last nite) Would the yeast from that be a lager yeast?? Just gona make a cheap brew and see how it turns out

Any suggestions on what i should add?

I dunno if Brewcraft provides a real lager yeast with their Dutch lager kit, but you could use it for your Homebrand draught, no worries. The Brewcraft yeast will certainly be better than what you get with the Homebrand kit.

I did a Homebrand "lager" kit just recently but used a 34/70 lager yeast and all went well...so good luck!!!
Prost!!!!!!!!!!!
