i think it supposed to be a english style pale ale, so maybe brew enhancer 2, and some fuggles, and maybe s-05 yeast... for something simple... or you could just go the liquid malt... or full kilo of dry malt... to boost the body...
I made a nice ale using that cascade imperial voyage with the brewcraft pale ale converter... and s-05... turned out very nice... coul work the same for hte MBS kit
dont use those converters anymore though....
