Can of Malt Shovel Pale Ale
Can of Morgans Amber Malt extract 1.5kg
200g Golden/dark ale grain Steeped in easyo then sparged
60g Amarillo Hops
Bottle of Yeast from IPA2 Recipe
Method: Brought grain in water to 70C then steeped in easyo for about 2 hours, Sparged with hot water then brought liquid to the boil, added 15g Amarillo for 12mins then added another 15g amarillo for 6mins then another 15g and both cans at flameout, at day five of fermentation will add rest of hops (bout 15g)
looks good to me
did something similar
but used the morgans amber can instead of malt shovel
heard too many times that malt shovel comes out on the sweet side
