I'm in the midst of consuming a Moo Brew Pale Ale, and verily, it is the Beer of Destiny.
*ahem*
Well, maybe not, but it is bloody tasty and a brew I would love to have a go at cloning. So, if you kind people have any recipes to create something like the Pale Ale, I would most appreciate your input.
As I'm a newish brewer, I'd prefer a recipe based on either a kit or liquid malt base, as a full mash is beyond me at this stage. Thanks very much for your help!
