Best Extract Stout Recipies

Post by Link »

My wife and I are both stout lovers - her mostly the Guinness Draught from her time in Ireland, and me just about anything as long as it's good.

Running a bit low on the black at the mo' so chasing some good extract recipes (with some grains and stuff is fine). A really good Guinness clone would be great (I know I won't get the whole nitrogen carbed mouth feel) but really anything would be good.

Let's have 'em.

This looks like a tasty recipe Chris, do you have any tasting notes?

I'm going to do a stout recipe soon in time for Winter '08 and am after a full bodied stout with plenty of malty goodness and plenty of roasted flavour.

If anyone else has a tried and tested stout recipe I'm all ears!
Coopers.
