I fixed it. The brackets before and after confuse things.

I solved it by highlighting the entire address, then clicking the URL button above.

Iam often amazed at some of the postings on this site with
regard to the higher maths, sciences, computer expertise etc.
must admit most of which goes way over my head, being
myself a follow the instructions on the can sort of bloke, and
if anything goes pearshape, damage controll is to do the obvious
and hope ?
does this make me more likely to produce a lesser brew than I
would if I possesed the academic qualifications of the elite ?
