Hi first post today.
Have been fermenting a Northwest pale ale from a fresh wort kit using a Safale us-56 dry yeast. also steeped cascade hops. Fermenting in temperature controlled fridge at 18 -19 Deg C. Started at 16/2/08 OSG 1.034 SG unchanged last 3 days at 1.004. My problem is that when I test SG using hydrometer the brew is still bubbling. At 16 days fermentation so far can it still be fermenting? And is my point to keg, no further drop in SG? or no further bubbling? Could I Keg now?
