Tragedy or opportunity?
Tragedy or opportunity?
As the question is posed above. Is a keg unexpectedly running dry a good or bad thing?

Re: Tragedy or opportunity?
Depends on weather you have a keg to replace it immediately, and how good the beer in said keg is...

Re: Tragedy or opportunity?
Unfortunately, the keg now empty was absolutely fantastic. The only beer I have on the way is a Grumpys Irish Red done as a partial, and it needs a week more in cc. I have 2 other beers kegged, but they are being saved for the GF birthday party.

Good if the beer is ordinaryChris wrote:As the question is posed above. Is a keg unexpectedly running dry a good or bad thing?
Bad if it was great.
A homebrew is like a fart, only the brewer thinks it's great.

It is one of the great philisophical questions of brewing. The whole love/hate paradox of empty kegs.
As for gluten-free brewing... I'd rather not know if I fit that category. Beer is too good.
