1 x Coopers Stout tin
100gm crystal malt steeped for 30 min .
100gm choc malt steeped for 30 min .
100gm oats steeped for 30 min .
25gm Goldings hops 30 minute boil .
10gm fuggles added last 5 minutes of the boil .
1kg DDME .
10ml liquorice extract .
1 cup strong percolated coffee . ? (not sure about this one but have been told by mates that they always use it in a stout ? ) .
