I don't have this kind of set-up, so maybe I don't need to worry about it. I'm still a little old-fashioned/unequipped/lazy/poor and so just put my grains in a grain-bag and sit them in a pot whilst I keep the water at constant temp (I have devised an ingenious method using a clothes peg, an over-sized pot lid, and a very large wooden spoon......
