How true, Greg. I've still to bottle it as time is escaping me. Will do it tomorrow. I eralised I've got 4 nice Red Ales I hid in the cupboard. I'm prone to storing beers to see how they go further down the track.

Can't wait to dig in.
Wife says all I care about is beer and footy... she's right!

hi, im interested in doing something similar, but want to no, is it a lager or ale?? as it has been referd to as different things through out topic.

I use Coopers Draught as a base. It's more lager and it's worth a crack.
Wife says all I care about is beer and footy... she's right!

I thought I'd bring this back to the top... this was a good brew when i did it way back in the day. With years more experience I'nm going to have another crack at this, with better yeast and a different kit.

Will see how it goes - I need to keg some decent brew for the kraut inlaws for our Xmas eve pissup.

Nah, been heavily into APAs lately... still, i will get this one up and running again. Keen to see how it goes when kegged.
