Hey Pharmaboy,

Thanks for the warning, I have used marmalade in brews before and had the opposite. I added a whole small jar and could hardly taste it in the 20 ltrs. Maybe different brands have more or less flavour.
I've been having the lime and the lemon marmalade on toast for the last few weeks and it's not real tastey so I think it shld be right, I'll let you know how it goes.
