1. If the homebrewer brewed it then he would be there to taste it, making it the perfect brew

2. No you can't bottle, everyone knows if you have airlock activity you must wait which then makes the second point moot

Just a postscript, milk definitely works very well as a label adhesive.

I just used a Uhu glu stick for these Jeffro & they stick like....well....glue!!

Do you find your labels peel off when wet, e.g. in an esky of ice & water??
