My best is a can of Coopers Pale Ale, with a Grumpys Boston Cream. Brewed with two sachets of Pale Ale rehydrated yeast at around 18 degrees. Racked and bottled.
Bluddy Beeeeewdiful !!

Just started a Coopers draught. Used Brew enhancer 2 with it. Interested to see how it turns out.

All the coopers I did were nice.
it is prbly just me with the coopers bearded dude bitter, ?
bit peppery maybe but, it also got a bit hot and long (14 days) in the primary.
I know I was young and slack.
As I mature maybe I'll appreciate the good ole Darker ones.
cheers 501.
