Yeah, I'm with you on this one 501. I would possibly drop the dex next time. Either waty dex or no dex it is awesome.

why do you drop the dextrose?

Just to lower the alc?

Yeh and I am guessing tis not really needed,
dex don't have much flavour and the yeasties must have a lot for tea as it is
