All,

Just rinse the fermenter with cold water from the tap after each brew. Also have a soft cloth (made by scotch?), which has raised bits, acs like a scourer, but is cloth so scrub scum away but it don't scratch the fermenter.

Have no idea where I go it, probably stole it from it the missus at some point.

I just give it a very good rinse with water after brewing, using a light scrubbing brush to get any crud off. Then I of course sanitise very well before brewing again. Usually try to brew again no longer than a week later, to keep the supply coming.
