HELP! Brew has high gravity after 2 weeks fermenting

snowman,

I'd use the following:

700gm dextrose & 300gm of LDME with 20gm of Cascade dry hopped.

The dextrose will ferment out, the malt will give you good mouthfeel, but won't give you too much body and the Cascade hops will give it a lovely citrusy nose and even out a bit of the sweetness.
The liver is Evil and must be punished!!
