Jesuuusss 700 gm now that would be interesting i might have to try that one after this one, i got this one from the BYO mag if that helps any :wink:

Could you feasibly increase the crystal in the OP partial that was posted, to around 400g from 275?

I'm guessing the main effect would be on colour but perhaps some caramel flavours....

Having never tried the SNPA I'm not sure whether this would be true to the original

I personally would not use that amount of crystal in any recipe normally so i would not know the actual effects but i would say it would up the sweetness, colour and caramel :wink:

I'm going to need to sit down and work out which brews I brewed to which recipe now, and do a tasting. I have a sneaking suspicion that the all-extract one that lethal posted is better than the all grain one on my blog. I'll let you know when I've had my tasting.
