I personally would not use that amount of crystal in any recipe normally so i would not know the actual effects but i would say it would up the sweetness, colour and caramel
I'm going to need to sit down and work out which brews I brewed to which recipe now, and do a tasting. I have a sneaking suspicion that the all-extract one that lethal posted is better than the all grain one on my blog. I'll let you know when I've had my tasting.
