Well i am new to this whole art, and have only bottles one lot so far

1 x Hoegaarden Clone (Bottled and will post recipe if it turns out)
1 x Dos Equis Clone (Kegged)
1 x American PAle Ale (Wetpak) (Kegged)
1 x Heineken Clone (Will Keg Next Week)
1 x Morgans Australian Pilsner (07/09)

I am thinking of tring a Pilsner, but i cant use Saflager yeast cos i cant refrigerate by fermies :( Any Recommendations for a decent Pils ??

All you brewers who can manage so much beer. I bow to you. Where is the best place to get bottles from at a cheap price. Not after stubbies only tallies. I must say I have drank some Coopers to get stocks up but enjoy my beer more.
Sathias you say SA home of coopers but don't forget its also home to West End Draught......the worst beer in Oz
Me I have only brewed
Coopers Pale
Pilsner
Coopers Stout
Morgans Blue Mountain Lager x3
Killkenny

Since getting a Coopers Kit for xmas ive done (and drank most the following)

- Coopers Lager
- Coopers Bitter
- Morgans Royal Oak Amber Ale
- Brewmaster Wheat (Hoegaarden Clone)
- Morgans Canadian Light + Honey
- Coopers Bavarian Lager
- ESB American Pale Ale Kit
- ESB Fresh Wort - Pilsner (* just bottled)
- ESB Fresh Wort - Pilsner (* in secondary)

Im about to tackle a Ginger Beer, Lemonade and then lots more ESB American Ale :)

HUGE thanks to all the brewers here for the tips and advice :D

Anzac Cookies, I use Saflager yeast with out refrigeration. The shed is 12-14c at this time of year :) The ESB Pilsners are tops.

Hey, isn't there a legal limit of like 300 litres of beer a year? Or is that NZ? Thought I read it somewhere anyway.

1.Coopers Lager

2.Coopers Real Ale

3.Coopers Sparkling Ale (possible infection)

4.Coopers Draught

5.Morgans Australian Lager

6.Coopers Pale Ale

7.Brewcraft Munich Lager

8.Coopers Sparkling Ale

9.Coopers Lager(brewing)

I started brewing in March. The first four I brewed at a mates house using his gear. I caught the bug and purchased my own gear.

Coopers Bavarian Lager
Coopers Australian Pale Ale x 2
Copers Dark Ale
Coopers Pilsener
Black Rock East India Pale Ale
Morgans Royal Oak Ambber Ale x 2

I have had a supply and demand problem this year. Not enough supply and to much of a demand on my time to brew. 5 Kegs and I am yet to have more than 2 1/2 full at once yet this year.

Maybe this explains the beer gut.

Coopers
Pale ale x 10
Sparkling Ale x 2
Lager x 4
Real Ale x 1
Bavarian x 2
Ginger Beer x 3
Draught x 3

Homebrand Draught x 2

Morgans Draught x 3
Morgans Blue Mountain Lager x 1
Morgans Canadian Light x 1

Brewcraft Munich x 1

Some of these have been split as me and my mate did them together.

I could go into hops, sugars, temp etc.....but I have had too many beers to attempt.

I obviouslt rate the Pale Ale + I would recommend the ginger on a hot day and the Morgan Blue Mountain with Hallertau at Brew and Perle at rack for a magnificent taste.

Lets just say I have some borderline alcoholic friends that are only too happy to donate their empties in return for some home brew samples. Here is my collection:
