Found U brew it in Busselton and grabbed some chocolate malt grains there plus some westbrew stout booster packs . Couldnt resist grabbing a Black Rock Bock kit too , i've got a westbrew irish stout mix sitting in the cupboard , how would this go with the Bock ? . I've got 125gm of choc malt grains left over and will use these also . How does this sound to you guys ? .

I finally managed to get my Coopers Lager concoction of mine a go.
I backed off from 500gr LDM to only 250 and added 12gr Hallertau at 15 min, 40min and 55min. Smells nice in the sample for OG reading. Now in fridge at 16C, after I see signs of fermenting I will lower the temp a degree every 12hrs, to a final brew temp of 12C.
