this is funny :lol:

interesting point about the pH, drsmurto... and re. powder form malt lasting longer than hydrated malt - it makes sense.. imagine putting a powdered acid, say, citric acid, with sodium bicarbonate (alkaline)... keep them as dry powder and not much will happen... add water and watch the fizz :lol:

Very nice finds chris. So looks like yes, the "tins" are lined which can degrade, and most likely the "tins" are still tinned going by the Amcor pdf. You make such a good ahole :wink: :lol: :lol: :lol:
