Given this, the approximate IUBs for this brew (based on a 1100 gravity boil) would be:
80g Saaz Hop Pellets @ 60 minutes = 33 IUBs
20g Saaz Hop Pellets @ 30 minutes = 7 IUBs
20g Saaz Hop Pellets @ 15 minutes = 4 IUBs
20g Saaz Hop Pellets @ 5 minutes = 2 IUBs
Total = 46 IUBs
I've heard that Pilsener Urquell has something close to that amount of IUBs so that's what i can expect.
