I've already started on that, actually. All of the temperatures in the guide are accompanied by their Celcius equivalent. I'll add the rest of the metric conversions in sometime in the future.

Cheers for the guide. I love a good sake, which is nigh on impossible to get in Australia.

I used to make a lot of umeshu when I lived in Japan - it is truly nectar of the gods. If only I could get the green plums in Australia (sigh).
