Where do you store the bottles after bottling?

Lie them down to store them, then prior to drinking stand up for a day or so to allow yeast to settle to bottom again.

Should work!!
Some people say I have a drinking Problem....
I drink, I get drunk, I fall over....
What's the problem?

I'm with grabman. I store my beer under mum and dad's house in crates and plastic tubs but due to the uneven suface under there my brews quite often fall over when crates/tubs are getting empty. These would be on there sides for weeks. Just make sure you leave them upright for a good 3-4 hours before drinking and they will be fine.

Downstairs in the celler nice and cool and no sunlight bit of a pain carting
around bottles but I need the exercise any way :wink:
