Morgans is beer, Coopers is home brew. Too much variation in Coopers. I have had great Coopers kits, and very bad Coopers kits over the years. But the Morgans kits always seem to taste the same as they did last time. Good or bad (some might argue) I like the fact that I can depend on them being constant!
I had a Coopers Draught this weekend that had only 400g of dextrose in it, and I would have swore it had a large flavour and aroma hopping added. Was by far the nicest and hoppiest Coopers Draught kit I have ever tasted.
I of course have no affiliation and will not profit from this statement yadda yadda.

Now that would not suprise me. The Morgans Kits are far superior to anything Coopers do in my opinion.
I totally agree.
I purchased a truckload of Coopers at a cheap cheap price and now I am regretting it a little. Hence, I do not have great beer at the moment.
The Coopers Blonde is good to add fruit to though as it is basically tasteless IMO

Cheers boonie, I'm well keen to try some more of the morgans kits, I tried out the yorkshire bitter which was nice. They are a bit expensive though and I promised myself the next few beers I throw down would be completely extract brews...

They are a bit more expensive, but like everything in life, you only get what you pay for.
You buy cheap brew, thats what you get generally.
I am currently drinking a Coopers Pilsener which I added extra Sazz too, and I am glad I did, and its not a bad Pils but without the extra hops I think it would have been way down on the taste.

I've never tried the Morgans- are they really that much better? Might give them a go next time I do a dump and stir.

I like the Morgans cans. I used their unhopped cans until recently, so I could do my own hopping schedule, and add specialty grains as well. I now brew AG but am still drinking and enjoying brews made with their cans. I'd say feel confident in using them.
