I like the Moonlite too, better than some of the other beers in their range, (which says a bit for a light)

Well seeing microbreweries are now included...

The Wig & Pen's 'Mr Natural' is pretty damn good. It's one beer that you wouldn't think was light.

Boags is OK, but the Little Creatures "Rogers" beer is the best IMO.

I had to drive on Saturday night and bought myself a 6 pack of Rogers, didn't drink 'em all, and even my mate the Coopers Vintage lover said they were excellent for a light beer.

Cheers

I thought the Rogers was midstrength.
Rogers' is a smooth drinking amber ale with an interesting mix of malts combined with the distinctive Little Creatures hop character. The careful balance of caramel flavours from the malt and that unique, slightly floral character from the whole hop flowers gives Rogers' Beer an easy going attitude and at 3.8% alc/vol. there's no problems knocking back a few after mowing the lawn.

You may be right rwh...... 1 standard drink it states on the bottle, easy for me to count rather than 1.4 +

Lower than a "Standard" beer, what's the lights come in at say for a 375ml bottle? anyone?

I find that if i go 50/50 with CPA and a birells, it aint too bad. My father-in-law (an alcho from way back) only drinks Birell these days (poor bastard), so when we go go over there for for a do, i mix his with mine, and everyone's happy! (ie: my missus)

Light beer comes at about 0.7 - 0.8 standard drinks for a 375ml.
