I made it up last night, the hops were boiled for a minute and left to steep with the grains for 15 minutes.Lachy wrote:
I like the sound of that recipe... in fact, I've got most of the above lurking in the brew cupboard here already. I'm not familiar with the Brewcraft complete kits... I don't know whether it's mentioned in the instructions, but could you give us the boil times for the relevant hops?
The instructions said to strain the hops along with the grain, but I ripped open the bags and chucked them into the fermenter as I always do.
