You should keep an eye out for a dead fridge in the local classifieds or garage sales. They really do keep the temperature down with the excellent insulation. Before I installed the temperature controller on ym chest freezer, I only needed to rotate a frozen bottle once a day, and in hot weather...twice. (morning and arvo).

Yes, I know.... but nowhere to put one I'm afraid! I'm looking forward to the day when we can move onto our property on the north coast - it has a really BIG shed and I'll be able to have a couple of old fridges for my brewing. :P

Damn! That reminds me... I forgot to put frozen bottles in the bath with the fermenters this morning.... and it's gonna be 39 deg. today!! :evil:
