Don't mean to be critical but I think you're wasting drinking time by putting so much into sanitising.

The reality with homebrew is you don't want nasty yeast or infection. Boiling / very hot water will kill most of these. I've done about 35 brews with no sanitising chemicals and have had no problem.

Don't think you need to be that anal about sanitising though. Then again, if it works for you, what have I got to say about it?
