Maybe you should get around to brewing them then. You can't know that they're good recipies until you've tried them.

Yeah good point. But I don't have a spare 7 months (or however many months it takes), nor a fermentor to spare for that long, for the required secondary conditioning :cry:

At least he`s stopped doing that now. {a lot of the posts were just inane comments like "yep, me too" and such.}
