Me too. Thats a bloody easy looking recipe, i wonder what SG you get to begin with? Bloody hard to measure SG of pulp!

Was so close to saying, yes, thats this weeks job then i read mature it for 6 months. Bollocks to that. Turbo wine.

Isn't WB-06 the Safbrew stuff ? I'd be interested to hear how it goes.

It is also the dry wheat yeast sold by Ross. I've used it in 3 of my AG brews. It gives more of a German wheat character than a hefeweizen character, in my experience, with cloves and spice, rather than banana or bubblegum.

And for any Adelaide ppl who visit Grumpys (or need an excuse to), the WB-06 is now for sale there. Think i will give it a go in the apricot wheat if the birds leave me any fruit..........
