Does anyone have an extract recipe for a steam beer similar to San Fransisco's famous Anchor Steam beer?
I know that they use Northern Brewer hops but am baffled as to the hopping schedule.
Thanks guys.

Would S23 still work OK with a steam?
Got a can of Cerveza lying about and was considering hitting it with a load of citra and fermenting ambient with the kit yeast to see how it comes out.....
