Pissed on it all ready, "one" after "any" and "notify" = not to. Sorry

I've found that It takes a while to mature, but once it does it's a good one. Mine's been in the bottle since mid-December and it's only now coming into it's own. Used the tin and 500g of light DME. IMHO I still think it could use a bit more hopping, but thats just me.

I haven't done it just as per the can, but I did use this kit in the following:

Coopers British Bitter
1kg LDME
100g crystal steeped
15g Fuggles @ 10min
10g Fuggles @ 2 min
S-04

Made to 23l.

This makes a dark copper, moderately bitter beer with a creamy, fine beaded head that lasts for yonks. If served cold and allowed to warm slightly the hops really open up and give a nice floral quality.

The kit IBU of 43.6 is actually a bit high compared to the style guidelines
Standard/Ordinary Bitter 25-35 IBU
Special/Best/Premium Bitter 25-40 IBU
so I reckon the kit can handle a good bit of malt extract and crystal and still turn out well.

1-2 plugs of challenger either added when dissolving the sugar/extract, boiled for 10 mins or even dry hopped.
