A Newbie

Post by chillibeer »

Hi My names Adam aka Chillibeer, I am addicted to beer.

I have only recently started to do what I know as "partial mash" brewing and am into my 3rd brew. 1st was a James Squire Golden Ale, very enjoyable, 2nd a wheat beer which I have never been a fan of and now I am ready to try my latest which is back to the JSGolden ale. Think i'll run with it till i am happy I can be consistent with it then will try some recipes I find here.

Before these attempts I brewed at our local microbrewery for 6yrs.

I have progressed from bottling to kegging and this is definately me. :D

Welcome!

I love my kegs! I've never heard of anyone going from kegs to bottles.

Welcome to the forum, Chillibeer. Don't forget to post your recipe once you've nailed it; I always love a good golden ale recipe!

Welcome Chillibeer

After 100 or so kits and/or extract brews I finally got around to my first partial a couple of weeks ago, a wheat also, to be bottled this weekend.
