I have been lucky enough to come into the possession of a 60 ltr fermenter. My question is, by simply doubling the quantities should I get the same results?? Being a cook I know that not all recipes can be successfully doubled. My plan is to do the beer makers version of crown (Beer makers Munich larger brew blend 40) X 2.

Cheers & beers,
Brad..

Doubling up works perfectly fine. Good luck to you!

Its actually better because the temperature doesn't swing so wildly as it takes a lot to heat up 46 litres.
