Gudday guys

I've been skulking around a bit for a while and figured it was time to say gudday. I love this site. My girlfriend bought me a Coopers kit as an early Christmas pressie and I've relied on this sight for almost all of my info. Bought another one the other day and I can honestly say that brewing is the first real hobby that I've taken to.
I'm Jim and I'm a 19 y/o student from Albury. I'm loving my homebrewing (Coopers Real Ale kits are my current love, though I've got a Coopers Sparkling Ale kit that I'm waiting to try, picked up a 6pack of the real stuff for the first time last night and I absolutely adore the stuff. Must be the best beer I've ever had in my short life.) I was convinced that I simply didn't like heavy beer until I tried homebrew (due to the heavy standards in Aus - VB/Melb Bitter) and after my first brew of ale i've found I love it. Got a lot of great advice from the fellas here and just wanted to throw a cheerio out. You can expect to see me stalking around a bit.
I don't know much about beer, but I know I like it.
Cheers,
- Jim. (think I'll just go by my name, bugger this internet anonymity BS)

I'd bloody love one of those T-shirts.
I hope they become available. Hell, I'd get one for me and the GF, and I'd probably wear both.

good choice with Coopers mate, Pale and Sparkling Ales crap over just about every other ozzie commercial beer

I won't disagree with you mate. I've only tried Coopers and I have no intention of going elsewhere for my kits. I'm about to have the last of my first Coopers Sparkling Ale 6 pack. Best f---ing beer I've ever had. I really have trouble understanding how CUB has such a huge share of the market with Coopers on the case. I'm 19 and I don't claim to know a lot about beer, but I know Sparkling Ale shits all over anything CUB has on the market. Cheers mate.

DD, I worked briefly as the animated dragon but didn't find any work after Mulan. I retreated back to Australia to drink beer.

Thankfully I've never been made to watch it. No doubt that day will come though.
What is it? Mulan 2: Return of the Mongolians?
