To assist brewers, there is a list of detailed specificiations on 82 different hop varieties commonly available from around the world. The specifications listed for each variety include:

* Origin
* Type (Arroma or Bittering)
* Alpha Acid%
* Beta Acid%
* Co-Humulone as a percentage of Alpha Acid
* Total Oil mls/100gms
* Main hydrocarbons (Myrcene Humulene Caryophyllene Farnesene) as a percentage of total essential oil
* Storage Stability
* General Comments
