Hi there
I,ve just started brewing a coopers canadian blonde with BE 2 and the standard yeast.Problem is ,i think i might have stuffed this one up,by putting 24 litres of water into the fermenter by accident.Any ideas on what this will brew out like?My starting gravity was 1032,which is a bit low,so i think.

The beer will just be a bit lighter in alcohol and body that's all.
If this is a problem for you you can always add a bit more malt, if it's dry malt, boil, cool, then add, if liquid just add as it's already pasturised.
500g should be sufficient.

In any event it's not stuffed.

Cheers
AC

Yeh,thanks for the advice mate,
i'll go out tomorrow and get a 500 gram bag of dried malt and mix it up then pitch it.I didn't really want a light bodied beer, but i've got one unless i do something about it.Cheers, wiggins.

add 500g of honey to it.

I am thinking it may have been a bit light anyway (1.037), 1 litre of water shouldn't have had that big an impact
