Am making this ATM
Coopers Stout
500g LME
500g DME
200g oats (heated/ ledft to stand for 10 min/ strained)
12g Goldings (boiled for 10 minutes)
My question is should I add 250 malto-dextrin to improve head or will the oats do that?
