Can anyone recommend a nice tasty hop suited to a sparkling ale kit?

Cascade has recieved good reviews, I've not tried it myself though.

It will add a citrussy flavour. I liked it in Little Creatures and Coopers

The guy at Grain and Grape recommended goldings to me 40g I think - 20 for 10 mins, 20 for 1 min.

I haven't tasted that batch yet so can't comment on the taste, but the guy said it would make it an even better beer than the standard CSA.

I've suggested before adding some Cascade hops to a Sparkling Ale kit to produce something like Little Creatures Pale Ale.

I made a Coopers Sparkling Ale that turned out remarkably like a LC Pale Ale, except for the lack of citrusy Cascade aroma and taste.

See my No.50 Cooper's Thomas Cooper's Sparkling Ale at http://www.homebrewandbeer.com/ourhomebrews.html

Cheers,

Oliver or someone,
I was looking at number 50 brew and had a look at no. 51 Malt Shovel Pale Ale and was wondering did you use a standard 25lt Coopers fermenter to brew the 11.5ltr brew?

I'd either o for the cacade hops or the classic ale hop, willamette.
