I thought it was about time this went into the right area as I posted it in the beer you buy last time.

It needs a good name but I have no idea

1 x Coopers Bitter
1 kg Dextrose
500gm malt
500gm honey
750ml 100% orange juice
3 tbs cinnanon powder

throw it all in your fermenter add 2ltrs boiling water & stir top up to 22ltrs

use a fermenter with some room a the top as this really froths up during fementation

also takes a while to settle the sediment after

Is it your staple brew, as in is this the one you do most often?

I just called mine Williams Premium Lager, I found a piece of literature on-line which stated that we as homebrewers, being choosy about our ingredients can claim them as Premiums!

Williams being my surname, not first name.

I know Yardglass has called one of his Yard's Lager, so maybe just your name and either Ale, or Lager depending on the yeast you use.
