Fremantle Beer festival

Hi All,
Did anyone make it to the beer festival in Freo this weekend. We were going to go but didn't make it down.
Was it any good? was it more about beer or music?

I went, was pretty good seeing i got to use my 10 sample vouchers as well as most of the gf's as she doesnt drink beer.. also found 1 on the ground.
Fair few 'yobbos' around the place though
They had some stupid '4 vouchers for full a cup' policy.. but you could get 1 sample which was half a glass for 1 token.. so everyone was getting 2 samples of each and pouring them into the 1 cup and chucking the spare cup.. nice waste of plastic there.
Freo Beer Fest

On the whole, I thought it was a pretty good beer fest (what I can remember of it anyway). A HUGE selection of international beers - didn't get a chance to see any of the bands cos we went purely for the beer. I think next year they need another coupla tents, as it was bloody hot and bloody crowded. Still, had a fantastic time!
