Have a wheat beer down that went from 1048 og to 1020 which was still pretty active. I racked at 1020 but there has been no change in the sg for two days and no activity. What is a bit of a puzzle taking a sg and leaving the hydrometer in the sample, the sg has dropped to 1015 with lots of rising bubbles. should I be concerned. Thks for any help

I realise that this is probably too late, but I'd suggest warming the brew up a bit. You could re-pitch some re-hydrated yeast if you are ovely concerned. Or you could wait. Or you could bottle.

nice timing Tyrone. Put a bottle in the fridge for the day and cracked it last nite. Its a lot darker than I expected really amber but carbing nicely. got the cloudy effect without draing the bottle fully. hint of the orange i used and should I think improve with a few more weeks in the cupboard. Took an s.g. as well came out of the bottle at 1013, which seems abit on the high side but then again this is not an exact science for me.
