Okay lads, here's one I can recommend, for winter at least!
I just opened one of these ones up, probably not quite ready yet...

I tried,
Morgans Ironbark Dark Ale
1kg LDME
1kg body brew
Safale.

This thing has a BIG caramel taste which, during the cold weather is quite nice. Could probably use some bittering (I was thinking some cascade or saaz) just to 'big' it up some.

I can recommend this one though, which is nice for a change!

My brew buddy and i made a similar ne to this;

Morgans IronbarkDark ale
1kg TCB stout mix (600gm DDME & 400gm maltodextrin)
20gm Willamette dry hopped.

wasn't a bad brew at all
